The website www.luckymachinerypk.com is owned, maintained and operated by Lucky Generators House (LGH), with Lucky Generators corporate office at Office 23 & 24, Ground Floor, Mohammadi Plaza, F-6, D Chowk, Blue Area, Islamabad 46000, Pakistan.

In these Terms, we, us and LGH refer to Lucky Generators House. You refers to any person who browses the website or places an order.
By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Return Policy, Cancellation Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy and Warranty Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order through this website. Business purchases must be made by an authorised representative of the business.

2. Products and information

We offer diesel generator sets, solar energy systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), industrial machinery, spare parts and related services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications and images accurate. Manufacturer specifications may be subject to change. Images are for general illustration and minor differences in colour, canopy or fittings may occur.
Where a specific specification is important to a customer’s project, it should be confirmed with our sales team before placing an order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Delivery and transportation charges are separate from the product price and will be calculated according to the customer’s location and communicated before purchase.
If an obvious pricing error appears on the website, LGH may contact the customer before dispatch. The customer may accept the corrected price or cancel the order.
We accept supported payment methods made available at checkout, including applicable debit and credit card payments through our payment gateway, as well as bank transfer.
Card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. LGH does not store customers’ full card numbers, CVV or PIN.
For large, customised or special orders, an advance payment may be required. Any applicable payment terms will be communicated in the quotation or order confirmation.

4. Tax invoices

Customers requiring a tax invoice may request an applicable NTN/GST invoice from LGH, subject to applicable tax requirements and documentation.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order through the website constitutes a request to purchase. An order is confirmed only when LGH confirms it by email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone or other appropriate communication. LGH may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, payment verification is unsuccessful, or there are reasonable concerns regarding fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If LGH cancels an order after payment, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery is subject to our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Delivery and transportation charges are separate from the product price and will be communicated before purchase.

Transportation is normally arranged through third-party transport providers and is not an LGH-operated transportation service. Once the product has been released from LGH’s warehouse to the agreed transporter or the customer’s nominated transporter, LGH’s responsibility for transportation, transit delays, loss or damage is subject to the applicable delivery arrangement and the responsibility of the relevant transporter.

Customers may also arrange their own transportation, subject to prior coordination with LGH.
Where transportation is arranged by LGH on the customer’s behalf, the applicable transportation charges will be communicated before purchase.

7. Warranty, returns and refunds

Warranty coverage is described in our Warranty Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy.

8. Use of equipment

Generators, solar systems and batteries should be installed and operated by qualified persons in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable requirements.

LGH is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation by third parties, unsuitable or poor-quality fuel or lubricants, overloading, unauthorised modifications, misuse or failure to follow recommended servicing requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

All content on this website, including the Lucky Machinery name and logo, text, photographs and graphics, belongs to LGH or its respective licensors, unless otherwise stated.

Perkins, Cummins and Yangdong are trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify the engines or products to which they relate.

10. Intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, provide false information, interfere with the website’s operation or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

11. Acceptable use

LGH may update these Terms and related policies from time to time to reflect business, legal, banking or payment requirements.

Any changes will apply from the date they are published on the website. Confirmed orders will remain subject to the Terms applicable at the time the order was confirmed.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and our policies from time to time to meet legal, banking and card scheme requirements. Changes take effect when posted. Confirmed orders remain under the terms in force when they were placed.

13. Governing law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any concern or dispute should first be addressed through good-faith communication between LGH and the customer. If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
