Shipping and Delivery Policy

Lucky Generators House (LGH) delivers across Pakistan. We do not ship outside Pakistan through this website.

1. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are not included in the discounted product price. Transportation charges are calculated based on your location and are communicated to you at the time of purchase, before you pay. No further delivery charges are added after payment.

2. Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the product, your location and transportation requirements. We will confirm the expected delivery date when your order is confirmed, and we will contact you straight away if anything changes.

3. How we deliver

Generators and heavy equipment are delivered by truck. Please make sure the site can be reached by a truck and that an authorised person is present to receive the goods. If the site cannot be reached or nobody is available, a repeat delivery may be charged.

4. Receiving your order

Check the generator when it arrives. The person receiving it must sign the delivery receipt and show a CNIC or company ID. Note any visible damage on the receipt and report it to us as explained in our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy. The signed delivery receipt is our proof of delivery.

5. Delivery charges and refunds

Transportation and delivery charges are non-refundable once the delivery or transportation service has been arranged or provided.
