- Order details: products ordered, amounts paid, delivery and installation records.

2. Card and payment information
Card payments are processed by Bank Alfalah Limited through its secure payment gateway. Your card number, expiry date and CVV are entered on the bank’s PCI DSS compliant page and are encrypted in transit. We do not see, store, sell, share, rent or lease your credit or debit card details. We receive only a transaction reference and payment status from the bank.
3. How we use your information
- To process orders, take payment, arrange delivery and installation, and issue invoices
- To provide warranty service, maintenance reminders and technical support

- To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and banking obligations
