Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with Lucky Generators House (LGH) through www.luckymachinerypk.com. Please read it before you buy.

1. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to confirmation by LGH. To cancel, contact us by phone or email with your order number as early as possible.

Any customer-requested consumables, commissioning items or transportation services that have already been arranged, supplied, installed or used may not be refundable.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Section 2 explains when a return is possible.

2. Returns

Returns are accepted only for generators that are:

• incorrect (not the model you ordered),
• damaged on delivery, or
• confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

Every return is subject to inspection and approval by LGH. Please check the generator at delivery, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, and contact us within [3] days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Installed or used generators are generally not eligible for return, except where a verified warranty issue applies. In that case our Warranty Policy applies.

3. Non-refundable items

• Customer-requested consumables and commissioning items, including engine oil, batteries, coolant, fuel and other items required for initial operation, once supplied, installed or used
• Transportation and delivery charges, once the delivery or transportation service has been arranged or provided
• Commissioning and installation services already carried out

4. Refunds

Refunds apply to the eligible generator or product amount only. Separately charged transportation, delivery, commissioning and customer-requested consumables or operating materials, including engine oil, batteries, coolant and fuel, are not refundable once supplied, arranged, installed or used.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method, subject to verification and the payment provider’s processing timelines:

• Card payments are refunded to the same card through Bank Alfalah. The time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
• Bank Alfalah account, Alfa wallet and bank transfer payments are refunded to the same account.
• Card payments are never refunded in cash or to a different card or account.
